  1. Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed and fulfilled in small batches. Please allow 2-7 business days for the production of your items before they are shipped.

    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

    • All this being said, production and shipping usually errors on the side of faster than slower.

  2. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are flat rate $8 standard shipping.

    • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be automatically applied at checkout during promotional periods.

  3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  4. International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times vary by destination but generally take 10-20 business days after processing.

    • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

  5. Order Tracking:

Returns & Refunds Policy:

  1. Order Issues:

    • Each item is custom-made to order, which means returns or exchanges are not offered unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was sent to you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email address].

    • We will require a photo of the damaged or incorrect product for verification, and once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  3. Returns:

    • As each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. Please double-check your size, color, and design choices before placing your order.

    • If your order does not arrive within 30 business days for domestic orders or 40 business days for international orders, please contact us to investigate the issue.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or styles.
